Get Page Batch
GET /api/v1/organizations/{organization_id}/projects/{project_id}/page-batches/{batch_id}
Requires project Read access. Returns ordered items with itemId, position, label, jobId, status, error, materializedAt, createdAt, and updatedAt.

counts contains total, queued, running, succeeded, failed, and cancelled. Queued and running items both use status "0". Successful Code2Des items with null materializedAt can be added to Figma. The plugin retrieves one result at a time and uses the existing placement API.
GET only reads progress. Closing the plugin does not stop processing.
