Code2Des

Code2Des converts an already imported public website into an editable, high-fidelity native Figma design. Page Import is started separately through REST and its completed capture is reusable. The Figma plugin selects a completed Page Import, starts a new Code2Des conversion, and creates native frames, text, images, and vectors; scraping does not occur in the plugin.

Code2Des is distinct from the planned Code2WF feature. Code2WF targets an annotated low-fidelity wireframe from a repository capture. Code2Des targets the visible production page and preserves its geometry and presentation as closely as the supported Figma primitives allow.

The conversion is deterministic and does not use an LLM. Unsupported browser constructs are surfaced as warnings or unmatched layers instead of being silently invented.
