What This System Solves

Plabs' avatar generation AI generates avatar images in response to user requests. The data about which prompts and parameters produced which results is an invaluable asset for AI improvement and analysis.

banana-prompt-collection is a system that automatically collects and stores this generation data (prompt JSON and images). It eliminates manual collection work, ensuring data is automatically saved to AWS S3 with every generation.

What It Does

• Receives avatar generation logs sent from the Plabs AI server
• Saves generation parameters (prompts, settings like hair_color, etc.) as JSON
• Saves generated avatar images as JPG
• Stored data is organized by date and log ID for easy retrieval

What It Does Not Do

• Does not generate avatars itself (generation is handled by the Plabs server)
• Does not analyze or visualize collected data (handled by separate systems)
• Does not edit or transform data (stores Plabs log format as-is)
